Aka Goodreads Lists suck (sometimes)! Also, my January Wrap-up.

To explain the title, even though these books all existed on lists with 'birthday' tagged in, there was only one that actually contained a birthday. So sad that I wasn't able to truly accomplish what I set out to do, but even so, it wasn't a complete waste. This may be one of the least comprehensive wr...

Hey, hey, hey!

Before we get started, let me say this: This is not a new topic for this blog. In fact I posted about it when I first started up. But we needed an updated list.

Without further adieu, my top 5 most anticipated Page to Premiere releases of 2017.

Hello, hello!

It's been a while, and for that I am truly sorry. It was not intended, nor could it be helped. Soon there will be a flurry of activity *fingers crossed*, and I think you're going to like what you see. For now though, here's my TBR for this month.

We Need To Talk

It's been an entire week.

Hello, hello!

Happy 2017 and welcome back to another top 5 list, except this is really a top four, I could not remember the name of my fifth. West Indian novels may not be a genre that people outside of the Caribbean (or the diaspora) may be familiar with, or willingly gravitate towards, and I am here to share some of the ones that made me fall even more in love with reading. Here goes nothing.

I was recently catching up on booktube videos and came across one that sparked my interest: Rincey Reads posted her 2016 wrap up and her 2017 reading goals and I thought that sounded like such a good idea (www.youtu.be/9g6IEhmTRHU).

2016 is over - AKA Best of...

The year is almost over and with that comes the mandatory reflection of all the highs and lows of the year. I refuse to make an already extremely trying year any more frustrating by listing my least favorite books for the year. So here are my top favorite things I've read this year.

I was trying so hard to either get TEN favorites or cut it down to FIVE. I  could do neit...
